This was Karlee's first year at camp. She and all of the girls had a great time. Everyone got along, which is quite a miracle when you have 12 girls all together. They all hung out together and didn't pair off. I was really pleased and so grateful for the leaders that made it happen. I went up each evening and enjoyed watching them have fun as well as learn new things and feel the spirit too!
Hallie Parker participated in the marshmallow challange. She got six jumbo marshmallows in her mouth. The winner got 11! It was not a pleasant thing to watch.
These girls are pretty spoiled to be able to sleep in A frame cabins. They had electricity and running water, and flushing toilets and showers!
Brilee Abegglan participated in the bubble gum challenge. They had to fish it out of a plate of whipped cream and then be the first one to blow a bubble.
Karlee was "Pocahontas" for our skit "The 10 Ungrateful Princesses"
The mosquitos were pretty thick, so everyone lined up to get sprayed.
Our camp leader, Jamie Poulson, helped Kandace Parker, while she was eating some whipped cream!
Kandace got her back by emptying the rest of the container all over her! Jamie had to finish it later that night by throwing Kandace in the pool. But they both ended up going in, so I guess that makes it fair.
