The Romrell family held our traditional Memorial Day picnic at Freeman Park. It was a beautiful day with no wind or rain. This must be marked on the calendar! I can't count how many years we have fought the wind or ran from the rain.
Karlee brought her cousin Isabell and they had fun playing with her Romrell cousins. They all got wet in the creek and had fun on the swings.
I never feel like I get a chance to talk to everyone at any of our family gatherings. I wish I could just clone myself so I could sit with each group and get caught up.
I thought this year's picnic was especially fun. It just seemed so relaxing and enjoyable to visit with everyone.
