Karlee's 4th Grade school play this year was about the Idaho history that they have been studying this year. They sang lots of fun songs about mining for gold and going westward with the wagon trains. The moral of the story was even if they didn't find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow that the real treasure was the beautiful country and wonderful people that lived in the west.
Her class did a great job and it was fun to watch. Afterwards the class served their guests punch and cookies. Brandi came as well as Theresa and her daughter Maci. Grandma Terry watched the morning program. We are lucky to have such a supportive family. I am especially grateful to have sisters that understand how important these school plays are. They are always happy to fill in for me when I need to leave early.
